Sample production is one of the most important steps of garment manufacturing. The sample reflects your tech packs and technical drawings. It helps you to know what your designs look like before mass production without being any unexpected dissatisfaction.

Send us the design draft or picture you have prepared( we can sign a confidentiality agreement with you), then discuss the customization details with you.

Comfirm fabrics and accessories

The choice of fabric is of the utmost importance when making fashion garments. Before starting , we will find the most satisfactory fabric and color for you.

Make paper pattern

This is the most important step, all garments need to design digital patterns first, then cut the fabric and sew according to the digital patterns.

Cutting & Sewing

We will cut the fabric according to the designed pattern, and then the professional tailor will sew the style according to the product picture provided by the customer.

Check sample

After the sample is made, we will take a video or picture for customer reference. If it does not meet your requirements, we will continue to modify the details. If you are satisfied, we will send it immediately.

Send out

We can ship by express, by air, by sea. The express method is FEDEX/DHL/UPS/EMS or other designated express.

Provide a detailed technical package that includes size specifications, fabric information, fit descriptions, technical drawings, and process instructions. This package helps manufacturers fully understand your design details and requirements, ensuring that the produced samples accurately meet your expectations.

Send Samples

Real samples allows manufacturers to understand your quality and craftsmanship expectations directly. You can send existing samples, fabric swatches, and accessory samples such as buttons, zippers, and labels. These real samples help manufacturers grasp your material and detail requirements better.

Reference Images

If you haven’t prepared a technical package yet, you can also give manufacturers a more direct understanding of your needs by providing high-quality reference images and detailed descriptions with key areas and design details annotated on the image

4. Mass production

5. Quality inspection
